A suggestion: Make a “Three strikes and I’m out” rule–three losses in a row and quit for the day. I got my pathetic “raise” today from my job, and I didn’t trade on purpose. I was too steamed! Getting in a bad mindset is a good reason to step away for a while.

I do have that rule……lol. I am with you on the mindset thing. Also, I never trade options exp., but I did on Friday. Anyhow, I was trying some different setups. Back to 30 minute charts and what I know.

zoomie, you’re doing fine. with those stops you may have made a few bucks, albeit a grind. i like the trailing stop on prev. bar low. sometimes..
keep up the fine work. study Mao’s archives, too! :) good luck!

Looks like the candidates were more or less ok for a day such as this. Seems to me that late entries and the super tight trailing is what knocked you out from slight gain/BE trades. But maybe I’m reading the charts wrongly.

Eyal, late entries is right, I was concentrating too much on a break of the O/R. Thanks for that!
