This article goes way beyond the normal positive thinking bull****!

Btw, for anyone interested in a low cost alternative to get in better shape, check out kettlebells. I’ve been using them for a couple of months now, and its pretty sweet - burns tons of calories, builds your arms, strengthens your core, and have even noticed that I don’t get winded as easy if I need to make a mad dash for the window! :-)

Mike Mahler writes an interesting newsletter that goes beyond your workout routine.

the holosync CD mentioned in the article are expensive, but there is a free program called SBAgen that I use to make binaural sounds. I think it works about as well, having ordered their sample CD and compared them.

thanks…where can i get it? i was actually thinking about ordering the cd, but i would much better get something similar for free…i have been listening to the one that came with the book, i can make u rich, and have had positive results…i wasn’t really sure if it was a coincidence or not

Well, the centerpointe series progresses to a level where you embed subliminal messages of your choice in them eventually. The sbagen will just take you through progressive meditative levels. I would say, if you really get deep into it, then it might make sense to pay for the professional set. But, at the level I’m at, I think sbagen and holosync are equivalent.

I used holosync for 1 years straight and found it a waste of time. It actually agitated me more than relaxed me. Even if I am the exception, I am very skeptical one would really need 13 different levels and spend all that money. You can go to awakenedminds.com and get their bi-nauralCD for 35 bucks! I got an eveb stronger reaction from theirs. And there’s nothing else to buy. What do you know….real business ethics! -)

So, Mr. White, how are you doing with your kettlebells? I own one as well and after doing tai chi and going to the gym, I cant really squeeze in time to do them But because you reminded me, I will try to do the first exercise at least. I do not believe in any way that you can get the same macho bod from the bells as you can from weights. However for tendon strength which weights dont directly address, they are great. Probably helps your martial arts power too if you are into that.

    peace,
    Marc V
