If you watch the matrix you can see some small lag issues with the data. They are minor today, but during the high-volume days recently it made trading impossible at times. The depth would be more than 1 point away from the last price. So… which one was accurate? No way to know without looking at another feed.

Three days later? My lockups started back on the 10th. Their data service is terrible.
Have you done a Multicharts demo? Other than integrated trading there doesn’t seem to be anything that TS does that it cannot.

I don’t get annoyed too easily… or maybe more accurately, I am really damn lazy. I can’t say the data issues have lost me any money except maybe in terms of lost opportunity. It’s just not that big of a deal to me. Once I get the eotpro indicators ported to ninja, that will feel like a more appropriate time to think about jumping to another broker. I’d rather just use one platform for charting and order entry. Just my preference.
