I was away from my desk for almost the whole day, but I did make one small trade.

Good stuff richard i always enjoy watching your videos ^^ you simplify trading and your always relaxed during your trades and how they played out, unlike me (i lost over 6 pts paper trading in es today, just a little over $300.00) anyway likein the videos really appreciate it man.

Yeah the market doesn’t say “Oh, since Richard’s stressed out I guess I’ll turn back around.” So, getting stressed out doesn’t really help :-) It was a tough day by the looks of it, so I bet many people that traded actively lost money.
