This week’s indicator lesson class focuses mainly on ninja, though I talk about my most recent “every push” indicator a bit as well.

FYI I’m told that we have officially released the ninja indicators now at eotpro! That’s very exciting for me, as I spent quite a while working on them. Now I can mostly shift my focus to an Ensign port.
Enjoy!

Richard,
I am just about to order the ninja indicators. The aussie exchange rate hits it a bit but im hoping the indicators pay their way. One question though.. Are the indicators open, in that I can play around and recode them according to how I want to use them in my automated strategies? Or are the functions a closed dll? If closed how much can one play with the parameters and modify how things work?
Cheers. Hope your feeling better.

Hey Stephen,
The indicators publish DataSeries for their more important internal calculations. Like, you can get the CMA Colors, and the distance from the last Plot Cycle. Stuff like that. Of course you can also get the main plotted values as well. In the TS and MC tradition, they are very tunable, with lots of input parameters. But, you cannot see the code itself.. it’s a necessary evil of the leasing model.
